Accurate Bank Statement Converter (the “Service”) converts PDF bank statements into CSV or Excel files. You can use it anonymously (with a daily limit) or sign up for an account.

Operated by Get Persistent LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You must provide an accurate email address to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. We use Google Sign-In as an alternative; if you use it, Google's terms also apply to that login flow.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

We charge per page of PDF processed. 1 page = 1 credit. New accounts receive 50 free credits on signup as a one-time grant; these never expire. Paid credit packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase, after which any unused balance expires.

We email you 7 days before any paid pack expires so you have time to use it.

If you're unhappy with a purchase, email support@accuratebankstatementconverter.com within 7 days of the charge. We will refund the full value of any unused credits. If you've already used some credits, we refund the unused portion.

No forms. No questions.

Don't use the Service to process documents you don't have the right to access. Don't reverse-engineer the Service, attempt to overwhelm it with abusive traffic, or use it to extract data from documents that aren't bank statements.

We aim for high extraction accuracy and run multiple strategies in parallel to maximize correctness. That said, extraction from PDFs is not perfect. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any extracted data before relying on it for accounting, tax, lending, or other regulated purposes.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend an account if it's used to attempt the prohibited behavior described above. Suspension before a paid pack is used does not relieve our refund obligation.

If we make material changes, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
